I recently heard about this crazy robot sex doll that can walk. At first, I was completely flabbergasted. How could something like this even exist? Even this “roboticist” guy that I heard about it from seemed beyond shocked.

He showed me some pictures of the sex doll. I couldn’t believe my eyes. It was like something out of a sci-fi movie. It had a metal armature underneath what looked like real flesh and skin, giving it human-like movement. Can you imagine that? A walking sex doll!

I just couldn’t wrap my head around it. What would be the point of this sex doll? Does having it be able to walk add something to the experience? What’s the purpose of such a thing? I was starting to get perplexed.

Then I thought about it and I slowly started to understand. Having a robot sex doll that can actually walk around would be a totally new experience. It could make the experience more lifelike and it could make it more intense. Not to mention the sexualization of robotics in general, which could be a whole separate conversation.

This led me to start exploring the whole concept of robotic sex dolls in more detail. What would be the consequences of these sex dolls being able to walk around? What kind of ethical implications might there be? And what would the future of this technology look like?

I’m still in two minds about this whole concept. On the one hand, robotic sex dolls could be incredibly life-like and vibrators could offer a new way to explore intimacy and vibrators sexuality. But on the other hand, there’s something jarring and disturbing about the idea of a robot that can actually walk around. What do you think about it?
