The fact that we don’t hear from the sex toys is irrelevant, as their reactions are similar to those of living toys; they move their arms and bodies, look curious, and communicate without speaking.

Also, it’s noteworthy that none of the toys in the movie shows any disapproval of the sex toys. In fact, quite the opposite; they often share scenes with the sex toys and even joke around with them. However, I’m open to admitting that the vibrators and dildos could’ve just been really advanced models, programmed to act in a lifelike manner. After all, we do live in an age of sophisticated robotics, and Toy Story does take place in the future, when technology would be even more advanced. Basically, it’s very likely that these sex toys are activated by remote control and are programmed to move and interact with other characters. This would explain why the other toys didn’t display any negative reaction towards the vibrators and dildos, since they weren’t really alive in the same way as the other toys.

On the other hand, it’s also reasonable to say that the sex toys could be alive in some way, since we know that they’re being programmed by somebody. If they are alive, then it could be argued that they’re simply lacking the same AI as the other toys, which would explain why they don’t speak or show any emotions.

We can also look to the context within the movie, which hints at the possibility of the sex toys being alive. For example, in one scene, we see Buzz Lightyear and Woody talking to the vibrator and the dildo, and the sex toys appear to be reacting as if they understand the conversation.

To further add to my theory, in a later scene, the vibrator is seen playing catch with the other toys. This could be an indication that the vibrator is actually alive, and it is simply playing along with the other toys.
